Shipping dates should be chosen on the check out calendar when completing your order.

We pride ourselves on our packaging and shipping process. We ship all corals via UPS Overnight to the contiguous 48 states only. Most shipments will arrive by 12PM. However, UPS will give 7PM or later delivery times for some rural areas. In this case, we may contact you to coordinate a “Hold at UPS store” for pick up. This will ensure the corals health by not subjecting  them to riding around on the UPS truck all day, in the elements. Overnight deliveries are NOT guaranteed to arrive by 12PM so plan accordingly.

Shipping is to the billing address ONLY! If you need to make other arrangements, please use the special delivery notes section at checkout.

We double bag all of our corals and generally use a minimum of 12oz of system water, or more,  per frag. The bags are then filled with pure food grade oxygen and tied off. Each bag will be labeled with the coral name unless, of course, it is clear what corals you purchased. The bags are then placed in an insulated cooler with a cardboard shell. We will always check your weather and use any necessary heat or cool packs as necessary.

Local Pickup:

Please use the “Order Notes” section during checkout to schedule a local pickup. I cannot always guarantee “in person” availability but your order can be placed in an insulated cooler, on the porch, under security cameras, prior to your arrival. You will automatically be charged sales tax for a local pickup.
